Usage

NF C 33-226 cables are the new generation of cables for public power distribution network 12/20 kV. They are AD8 following NF C 13-200 with a water pressure < 0,2 bar. Sheath is anti-termite resistant.

Design

The cable is made of 1 or 3 bunched cores.

Aluminium screen is  made to ground short-circuit currents of EdF network, up to 1000 A for 1 s. for underground networks.

Options

NF C 33-226 cables can be manufactured with the following options:

  • Re-enforced burying resistance (EDR) is ensured with an extruded polyethylene protection.

Core identification: 1, 2, 3 helix-wise.

The marking is metric over one core sheath, as well as a tracing mark.
