The quality policy can be fully realized through the implementation of the following cardinal objectives;
- Establishment of a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of NIS ISO 9001: 2008 Standard and as amended from time to time.
- Continuous review and updating of its production and testing capabilities in line with new developments in the international cable industry.
- Ensuring that the Quality Policy is reviewed, when necessary, for continuing suitability of the quality management system.
- Ensure that Quality Policy is communicated and understood by all employees.
- Provision of adequate resources.
- Ensuring well-trained and highly motivated staff.
Sustenance of the policy
- The policy, which is sustained by all concerned, through proper communication and awareness of the significance of having pollution free environment.
- The MD ensures that the EMS Policy is documented, implemented and maintained, endorsed and circulated to employees, suppliers and other interested parties.
- The EMS Policy is reviewed every five years, for continuing suitability, thereby providing the basis for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets.
