The quality policy can be fully realized through the implementation of the following cardinal objectives;
- Establishment of a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of NIS ISO 9001: 2008 Standard and as amended from time to time.
- Continuous review and updating of its production and testing capabilities in line with new developments in the international cable industry.
- Ensuring that the Quality Policy is reviewed, when necessary, for continuing suitability of the quality management system.
- Ensure that Quality Policy is communicated and understood by all employees.
- Provision of adequate resources.
- Ensuring well-trained and highly motivated staff.
Environmental Policy Statement
NOCACO is committed to implementation and sustance of an environmental management system (EMS) that ensures the prevention of pollution ,within the defined scope of its operation and relevant legal and other requirements with a view to providing conducive enviroment for cable production and other related services.
Sustenance of the policy
- The policy, which is sustained by all concerned, through proper communication and awareness of the significance of having pollution free environment.
- The MD ensures that the EMS Policy is documented, implemented and maintained, endorsed and circulated to employees, suppliers and other interested parties.
- The EMS Policy is reviewed every five years, for continuing suitability, thereby providing the basis for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets.
