Description

Utilisation

Cette gamme de câbles souples haute température est destinée particulièrement pour tous les usages généraux tant dans l'industrie, que dans le matériel spécifique d'équipement pour la production d'énergie et dans des secteurs et matériels de pointe.

Les câbles H07 BN4-F sont conçus à partir de caoutchoucs synthétiques d'excellente tenue en température et permettent ainsi d'être utilisés pour les applications et usage dits "intensifs", de longue durée de service. Dans ce cas Ils peuvent être avantageux par rapport à la gamme des câbles H07RN-F standards à section équivalente (gains de section d'âme conductrice, dimensionnel, de poids et d'accessoires de connections)

L'emploi jusqu'à 1000V en courant alternatif est admis dans le cas d'installations fixes protégées et pour les connexions des moteurs des appareils élévateurs et des appareils analogues.

Pose

Câble prévu pour fonctionner à l'air libre. Dans le cas ou il est enterré, prévoir une protection mécanique (goulotte, caniveau, etc...).

Effort traction : max 15 N/mm² par rapport à la section des conducteurs ou 1000 N max sur le câble complet

  • N = nombre de conducteurs
  • G = avec V/J  ou X = sans V/J
  • S = section en mm²

    Température maxi sur âme en fonctionnement normal

    +90°C (dans tous les cas d'installation mobile )

    +250°C en court circuit.

    Les intensités admissibles sont indiquées pour une température ambiante de 30°C en régime permanent et une température maxi sur âme de 90°C. Pour des températures différentes, il faut appliquer des coefficients de corrections.
