Description

Utilisation

 

Les fils non propagateurs d'incendie sont recommandés dans les bâtiments ou les ouvrages où les conditions d'évacuation des personnes peuvent être rendues difficiles (NF C 15-100 conditions BD2 et BD4).

Ces fils limitent, en cas d'incendie, les dégâts matériels grâce à :

  • la faible opacité des fumées (action des pompiers facilitée);
  • la non-corrosivité des fumées et des gaz dégagés.

    Le câble MX est utilisé à bord du navire pour des installations répondant aux normes IEC 60092-352. Le type MX répond à la norme IEC 60332-3-22 concernant la non propagation de l'incendie des câbles posés en nappe ainsi qu'au réglement SOLAS.


    Construction


    Les matériaux utilisés pour la conception de ce câble sont sans halogène. Une telle construction du câble garantit de faibles dégagements de fumées non corrosives en cas d'incendie. De ce fait, le câble convient parfaitement pour des installations à bord des navires à passagers.
